Guadalupe Longoria

Guadalupe A. Longoria, 90, passed away on December 24, 2021, in Kingsville, Texas. She was born on September 9, 1931, in Seguin, Texas to Marcielo and Virginia C. Arredondo. Guadalupe loved going to drive inn movies and dancing. She especially loved spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Rodolfo Longoria; both her parents; brother, Marcelo Arredondo; and sisters, Olivia Alvarez, and Angelina Gutierrez.

Guadalupe is survived by her daughters, Isabel (Roland) Serda and Rose Gomez; grandchildren, Rachel (Ryan) Cantu, Reynaldo (Hailey) Serda, Ricardo Serda, Luis Gonzales (Martha), Melissa Gonzales; great grandchildren, Charlotte Ryan Cantu, Patricia Lozano, Danny Lozano, Jessica Lozano, Manuel Lozano, Jacob Garcia; great-great grandchildren, Deleqah Lozano, Messiah Lozano, and Jesus Lozano.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, with the rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Santa Gertrudis Cemetery.
