Zaragoza Zuñiga

Zaragoza Antonio "Tony" Zuñiga Sr., age 78, passed away on October 1, 2018. He was born September 27, 1940 to Antonio Sandoval Zuñiga and Lucia Almaraz in Hebbronville, Texas. He worked for Smith & Russo and City of Corpus Christi Civil Engineer Department where he retired from.
He is proceeded in death by Yolanda Sarabia Zuñiga.
He is survived by one daughter, Selina (Thomas) Terry; three sons, Antonio (Michelle) Zuñiga, Eloy Zuñiga, Zaragoza (Edwina) Zuñiga Jr.; two sisters, Maria (Valentin) Heras, Irene (Arnold) Sanchez; one brother, Victor Zuñiga Sr.; 7 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. A funeral mass was held on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Martins Catholic Church. Burial followed at Chamberlain Cemetery.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd. Kingsville, Texas 78363.
