Wilma Merriman

Wilma Christine Merriman (Chris), age 72, passed away November 15, 2017. She was born on March 24, 1944 in Mission, Texas to Ben Mainzer and Eidth Nalley. Chris was a retired LVN. She was a member of Retama Park Baptist Church for 33 years. She volunteered for Awanas and The Pregnancy Resource Center. She was an avid bird watcher, loved camping and RV-ing especially in Big Bend National Park.
She is survived by her husband Steve Merriman of 50 years, two sons Brad (Karina) Merriman, and Craig (Jennifer) Merriman, one daughter Dara (Brian Camber), and twelve grandkids.
A Memorial service will be at Retama Park on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.
