Victoria Perez

Victoria Castillo Perez, 83, passed away on July 24, 2021, in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born on November 27, 1937, in Edinburg, Tx to Rafael and Guadalupe Castillo. Victoria loved to volunteer at school, for the national night out event, and during elections in Sarita, Tx. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Victoria will be deeply missed by all whom knew and loved her.

Victoria is preceded in death by her husband, Abelino Perez, son, Arnoldo Perez, and daughter, Hilda Perez.

She is survived by her children, Jose Hector Perez, Herlinda (Antonio, Jr) Morales, Ramiro (Rebecca) Perez, and Rebecca Perez Trevino; thirteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild; siblings, Guadalupe Muniz, Olga Huerta, Viola Castillo, Senaida Munoz, and Domingo Castillo.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2021, from 5p.m.-9p.m. at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary with a Prayer Service to begin at 7p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 30, 2021, at 10 a.m. at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary. Interment to follow at Sarita Cemetery.
