Santos Sandoval

Santos Sandoval, age 87, went to be with our Lord on May 1, 2020 in Bishop, Texas. She was born on January 21, 1933 to Antonio Davila and Matilde Delgado. She worked as a provider for several years. She was a member of Templo Gethsemani in Bishop, Texas, and held the position of deacon for many years. Santos was a faithful Christian woman, that was dedicated to her faith, and loved singing worship songs. She also loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jesus Sandoval, and two daughters, Gracie Montoya and Ofilia Alvarez.

Santos is survived by her children, Vernon Sandoval (Sylvia), Eligio Sandoval, Sylvia Garcia (Manuel), Carlos Sandoval, Richard Sandoval, Sandra Sandoval, and Rene Sandoval; 18 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren .

Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, May 3, 2020, at Turcotte Piper Mortuary, with a prayer service to begin at 6:00 p.m., with a limit of 50 people at a time. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 4, 2020, at Turcotte Piper Mortuary. Burial will follow in Bishop, Texas at the Evangelical Cemetery.
