Ramon Garza Jr.

Ramon “Ray” Garza Jr., 25, passed away on April 13, 2021 in Kingsville, Texas. He was born on January 9, 1996 in Kingsville, Texas to Rosemary (Rosie) Alvarez Garza and Ramon Garza Sr. Ray was known by many as “the Rabbit.” He loved joking around with people and making them laugh. He loved his children very much and loved spending time with his family and friends. Ray had a big beautiful smile and will be dearly missed by many.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Eliseo Alvarez Jr. and Martha Rios Alvarez; and paternal grandparents, Pedro Garza Sr. and Esperanza Garza.

Ray is survived by his daughter, Aubree Garza; son Azrail Alfred Garza; mother, Rosemary (Rosie) Alvarez Garza; father, Ramon Garza, Sr.; sisters, Rosalina Jo Ortega, Delilah Escalante (Jorge), and Samantha Rae Garza; brother, Daniel Jesus Garza; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 18, 2021 at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 19, 2021 at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary.
