Ramon Rodriguez

Ramon A. Rodriguez went to be with the lord on Sunday, February 13, 2022, at the age of 85. Ramon worked 34 years for Entex as a natural gas welder; and lived a fulfilling life as a husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend.  He loved going to breakfast on Saturday mornings, watching the Dallas Cowboys, and spending time with his family. He was a great man with a big heart, who impacted many lives; he will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Yolanda M. Rodriguez; son, Ramon R. Rodriguez.

Among those left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Yvette C. Rodriguez and Timmie (Mark) Diaz; grandchildren, Brianna Diaz, Samantha Diaz, and Mark Diaz, Jr.; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

The family will receive condolences on Monday, February 21, 2022, at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM; with a holy rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM.  A chapel service will take place at 10AM on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary.  Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at Santa Gertrudis Cemetery.
