Priscilla Louise Mosely

Priscilla Louise Mosely, 78, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2026.

Priscilla Louise Mosely was born in Falfurrias, Texas, to Solomon Wesley Huff and Ida Mae Huff Collier, but was raised in Kingsville, Texas. Her family and friends called her "Louise" or "Luddie". Once she was older enough to leave, she did. She moved around a lot before briefly staying in Beaumont, Texas, which she truly loved. Later, she relocated to Corpus Christi to care for her mother, and upon her passing, decided to remain close to her family and the many friends she had made in the community. Priscilla dedicated herself to her craft as a seamstress, specializing in clothing alterations, a pursuit that showcased her passion and talent for sewing.

Priscilla L. Mosely is preceded in death by both her parents, Solomon Wesley Huff and Ida Mae Huff Collier, and her only brother, Roosevelt King Jr.

She is survived by her aunts, Mary Elizabeth Guyton and Linda L. (Phillip) Wilson, both of Kingsville, Texas; her nephews, Jason (Kristina) Wilson of Ingleside, Texas, and Jafus (Latosha A.) Wilson of Iowa Colony, Texas, along with a host of other relatives and friends.

She is also remembered by her very best friend, Barbara Pope, of Calallen, Texas. Barbara was always there, checking on her and spending time with her.

A private burial will take place for the family.
