Patricia Hollers

Patricia Gale Hollers, a resident of Crowley, Texas and a former resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2018 in Kingsville. She was born August 31, 1953 in Great Lakes, Illinois to V H Barnes and Betty Schoonover Barnes. Patricia was a 1971 graduate of H.M. King High School. While attending high school, she had a passion for singing in the school's concert choir. Patty was a former member of Retama Park Baptist Church and University Baptist Church where she served as a church pianist. Currently she was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Arlington, Texas. Patty enjoyed various crafts and hobbies such as soap and candle making as well as being an avid collector of dolls. She aspired to open a tea room to display her doll and china collection. She was employed for several years at Texas A&I University. Along with trying to raise (control) her five sons, she enjoyed spending time with her four grandchildren, Kristyn, Branden, Ethan and Alex.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Allen Hollers; and her parents.
Patricia is survived by five sons, Samuel Hollers of Fort Worth, Texas, Joshua Hollers of Abilene, Texas, Jonathan Hollers (Leonard) of Arlington, Texas, Michael Hollers (Kirsty) of Dallas, Texas and Benjamin Hollers of Austin, Texas; two sisters, Susie Barnes of Kingsville and Valerie Redus (Mickey) of Baytown, Texas; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will take place from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 2018 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 2018 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Mike O'Neill officiating.
Memorials may be made to the Zephyr Baptist Encampment Youth Scholarship Fund, in care of Retama Park Baptist Church, P.O. Box 433, Kingsville, Texas 78364.
