Noelia G. Garcia, 66, of Bishop, Texas, passed away peacefully on April 10, 2026.She was born on May 24, 1959, in Kingsville, Texas, where she was raised and built a life centered on family, love, and creativity.Noelia was a devoted homemaker who took pride in caring for those around her. She had a passion for painting and crafting, often creating pieces that reflected her vibrant spirit.She loved spending time with friends, listening to music, and was rarely without her signature bandana—a reflection of her unique style and personality. Noelia was known for her caring heart, generosity, and her determination to live life on her own terms.

Noelia is preceded in death by her mother, Hermila G. Baxter; her father, Lawrence E. Baxter; her brothers, Ruben Garcia and Felix De Los Angeles; and her son, Justin Levi Guzman.

She is survived by her children, Julia Ann Nuncio (Gilbert), Monica Cortez (Ruben Cavazos), Courina Cortez (Albert Paree), Amado G. Trevino (Valerie Villanueva), and Eladio R. Villarreal; her sister, Agueda Rosas; her brother, Daniel Garcia;12 grandchildren; and6 great-grandchildren.

Her life was a testament to love, strength, and individuality. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.

The family will receive condolences from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary.
