He was a beloved husband, father, and member of his community, leaving a lasting impact on all who had the pleasure of crossing paths with him. Born on December 23, 1961, in Kingsville, he embraced life with a deep love for baseball that would come to define his journey.

In the small town of Bishop, Noe's dedication to the sport shone brightly as he inspired many with his passion for baseball. He was a pivotal figure in the original Bishop Badger Baseball Team Inaugural Season of 1979 and continued his involvement as a Semi Pro Catcher and 2nd Baseman for the Wildcats. Beyond the baseball field, Noe excelled in his career as a welder for over 25 years after earning his welding certification from Del Mar College.

Known for his generosity and playful spirit, Noe's family held a special place in his heart. His grandkids were the light of his life, and he delighted in spoiling them with treats and fulfilling their every wish, even if it went against the wishes of their parents. He loved his wife of 40 years, Karen Lopez Garza, and playfully enjoyed giving her a hard time, but he knew when she called him “Noel” he was in trouble.

Family was paramount to Noe, extending well beyond blood relations. To him, family encompassed everyone from distant cousins to old teammates, friends from all walks of life, Cowboy fans, Astros Fans, even Texan fans, and newfound companions. His warm personality and inclusive nature touched countless individuals, fostering connections that enriched his world.

He was preceded in death by his parents Siprano Garza, Sr. and Maria DelaGarza Garza, and his grandmother Aurora “Wella” Guajardo.
