Maria Delrosario Vela

Rosie Vela, 61, met God on December 20th, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her parents Jesus and Eva Rivas, and brother, Tony Rivas.

She was survived by her husband David of 37 years, daughter Tiffany, aged 32, and son-in-law John, all of whom were with her as she left this world to enter anew. Her siblings; Norma Vela (Pete Aguilar), Estella Rivas, Carlos Rivas, and Jesse Rivas, are also among those left behind, that will have Rosie in their hearts for the rest of their lives. She will find comfort in heaven with her fur babies, Buddy, Fluffy, Cuddles, and Gizmo. As King and her six grand-cats comfort those left behind.

A kind and beautiful spirit, with a sharp wit and epic humor, Rosie, loved by her entire family (in-laws, nieces, nephews, and extended family members), will be remembered forever as the incredible woman that she was.

A memorial service will take place to honor Rosie on Friday, January 5, 2024, beginning at 12:00 PM.
