Margaret Ellen Folmar, also known as Peggy, passed away on January 30, 2024, at the age of 66 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born on June 19, 1957, in Bremerton, Washington. Margaret was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.

Margaret is survived by her husband, Billy W. Folmar, and their children: Russell S. Rogers, Cody L. Folmar, and Amanda R. Folmar. She was also cherished by her eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, her brothers: Daniel M. Rogers (Mary), Arthur M. Rogers III (Debi), and James R. Rogers, her sister: Anna M. Melson, her mother-in-law, a brother-in-law, 3 sisters-in-law and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends will also miss her deeply.

Margaret was preceded in death by her mother, Anna Rose Rogers, her father, Arthur M. Rogers Jr., her step-mother, Bessie Brewer-Rogers, her father-in-law Oscar Folmar, her sister-in-law Debbie Rogers and a grandson.

Margaret graduated from H.M. King High School in the class of 1975. In her free time, she enjoyed playing bingo, poker, and visiting the casino when she could. These hobbies brought her joy and allowed her to connect with others who shared her interests.

A Rosary and Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 2nd, at 10:30 am at Turcotte-Piper Funeral Home in Kingsville, Texas. The family invites you to wear Peggy's favorite color blue to the services. The funeral home is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Margaret Ellen Folmar will be remembered for her loving nature, her dedication to her family, and her enjoyment of life's simple pleasures. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
