Lois Diane Garza, passed away on November 4, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Born on May 21, 1949, in Garrison, Kentucky, Lois touched the lives of many with her vibrant spirit and unwavering dedication to her family.

She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who found immense joy in spending time with her loved ones; Lois deeply cherished her relationships with family and friends.  She had a special talent for creating beautiful hairstyles and bringing out the inner beauty of everyone who sat in her chair. Through her work as a cosmetologist, she not only transformed appearances but also uplifted spirits and made people feel confident in their own skin.

Beyond her successful Cosmetology career, Lois was known for her wide range of hobbies and interests. She had a passion for sewing, embroidery, knitting, and crocheting. Her nimble fingers could transform any piece of fabric into a work of art. Baking was another one of Lois's talents; she delighted in creating delectable treats that filled the air with warmth and sweetness. Additionally, Lois found solace and enrichment in fellowship and bible study. Her faith was an integral part of her life.

Gardening held a special place in Lois's heart. She thrived as she nurtured plants and watched them bloom under her loving care. The beauty she cultivated in the garden mirrored the beauty that radiated from within her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Lena Graff; as well as her father, John Cotten.

Among those left to cherish her memory are her devoted husband, Ricardo Garza of San Antonio, TX; sons, Ricardo A. (Mary) Garza and Miguel A. (Irene) Garza; sisters, Mary (Paul) Etterling, Mona Jo (Frank) Nicols, and Lena Ruth (George) Grice; grandchildren, Christian Garza, Isabella Garza, Daniel Garza, Joseph Garza, and Celinda Garza; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
