On June 14, 2024, the world lost a true hero with the passing of Leslie Roy Feher, fondly known as "Flash" to those who knew him best. Feher was born on January 28, 1938, and departed from this world in Kingsville, Texas.
Leslie led a remarkable life defined by bravery, honor, and dedication. A proud veteran of the United States Navy, he served his country with distinction and valor. His military career included active duty during the Vietnam War, where he exhibited courage in the face of adversity. Leslie's commitment to his service and his fellow servicemen will always be remembered.
Beyond his military accomplishments, Leslie was a beloved son to his parents, who have now reunited with him in eternal peace. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of his surviving friend, Kent Clauson, who shared countless cherished moments with Leslie.
A graveside service to honor and celebrate the extraordinary life of Leslie Roy Feher is scheduled to take place on June 27, 2024. The service will commence at 10:00 AM at Santa Gertrudis Cemetery in Kingsville, Texas. Family and friends will gather to pay their respects and share stories that capture the essence of a man who touched so many lives.
