Leroy "Lee" Goericke Jr.

Leroy “Lee” Leonard Goericke Jr. passed away on May 25, 2021 in Kingsville, Texas. He was born on October 2, 1952 in San Antonio, Texas to Leroy Leonard Goericke Sr. and Tommie Maurine Goericke. Lee was a man with many interests, he loved woodworking, spending time with his family and church family, taking care of the pool and lawn, and being an all- around family man. He loved being the greatest grandpaw to his grandpups. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend that will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew him.

He preceded in death by his parents.

Lee is survived by his wife of 32 years, Eva Goericke of Kingsville, Tx; one son, Cody Goericke of Kingsville, Tx; three daughters, Christa (Nathan) McBride of Bay City, Tx, Sarah Mitchell (Jason Murray) of Houston, Tx, and Tiffany (Charles Snyder) Goericke of San Antonio, Tx; six grandchildren, a great grandchild, one sister, Tola (Gregg) Lunaas of Fulshear, Tx, numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 29, 2021 from 11 a.m. to 1p.m. at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary with a Memorial Service to begin at 1p.m. that same day. Burial will be held at a later date.

Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd. Kingsville, Texas 78363.
