Leonicia Cadena

Leonicia Cadena, 51, passed away on September 8, 2020 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born September 23, 1968 in Kingsville, Texas to Sylvester and Francisca Suarez. She loved her family deeply and would always go out of her way to show it. She was the type of person who would give you the shoes off her feet and the shirt off her back if you needed it. She had the world's best laugh and anytime you were down she would find a way to make you smile. She will always be remembered by her loving smile, her infectious laugh, and most of all her amazing heart full of love. Truly One of a kind and Unforgettable that is who she was.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Sylvester and Francisca; brother, Santos Suarez; niece, Jasmine Chacon; and Father in law, Jose Cadena.

Leonicia is survived by her husband, Rodolfo Cadena; children, Leonicia (Darren) Vaughan; Christina (Davien) Burgess; Jessica (Jason) Jackson; 17 grandchildren; sibling, George (Linda) Suarez; Pablo (Belinda) Suarez; Diana (Emilio) Barco; Mary Jane (Fidencio) DeLuna; Cynthia (Josie) Suarez; Sylvester (Sarah) Suarez, Jr., several nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Sunday, September 13, 2020 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Turcotte Piper Mortuary. A Funeral Service will be held Monday, September 14, 2020 at 10:00 am at Turcotte Piper Mortuary. Interment will follow at Riviera, Cemetery.
