Larry Nix

Larry Parker Nix, 61, passed away on March 19, 2021 in Corpus Christi, Tx. He was born on July 3, 1959 in Kingsville, Texas to James Parker and MaryEvelyn Tobias Nix. He was a graduate of Texas A&M College Station and was a very successful Real Estate Appraiser in Houston, Tx before his retirement. After he retired, he and his wife moved to Kingsville, Texas to care for his mother.  Larry was a very caring and giving person and a big supporter of the Kingsville Community.  He was an amazing husband, son and loved spending time with family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, James Parker Nix.

Larry is survived by his wife, Susan Rosas Nix of Kingsville, Texas, two fur babies de Squirto and Tamu, mother, MaryEvelyn Nix of Kingsville, Texas, Mother in Law, Faye Rosas of Houston, Texas, two children and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2021 from 5 p.m. to 7p.m. with a Memorial Service to begin at 7p.m. at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary.
