Ladonna Bishop

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ladonna Kaye Bishop (61) of Kingsville, Tx, on July 31, 2025, at University Health Hospital in San Antonio, Tx. Ladonna was born on November 15, 1963, in Hico, Tx. to Rogers and Shirley Zoch.

Ladonna was a devoted mother and memaw whose warmth and compassion touched everyone she met. She had an extraordinary ability to make everyone feel special and loved. She taught us the importance of kindness, the value of hard work, and the power of a mother/memaws love. Whether it was celebrating our achievements or offering us a shoulder to cry on, she was our biggest supporter.

She was survived by her father Rogers Zoch (90), her two brothers Jamie (58), Ronnie; Rana Zoch (60), her sister Cheree (55);Greg Bade (54) her sons: Jeremy (34);Samatha Bishop, Jonathon Bishop (30),Michael Bishop (26), her grandchildren: Jaden Bishop (13), Jaxson Bishop (10), Adelina Bishop (8), Cayson Bishop (6), and Liam Bishop (3).

She was preceded in death by her mother Shirley Zoch (Nana) and her two grandchildren Heston & Hunter Bishop.

Family and friends are invited to come celebrate Ladonna's legacy, starting on Saturday, August 9, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM with a visitation at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, and followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM.

Even though Ladonna has gone away, her memory and love will live on through her children and grandchildren. Losing her leaves an ache in our hearts, but also an inspiration to live up to her beautiful example.
