Josefina Adrian

Josefina "Chepa" Robles Adrian, age 94, went to be with our Lord on August 23, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 22, 1923 at the Caesar Camp on the King Ranch in Kingsville, Texas to Roman Robles and Refugia Gutierrez. Josefina was a resident of Kingsville, TX who worked on the King Ranch as a cook until her retirement. She is loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Josefina is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Luis Robles Sr, sisters, Aurora Garcia, Carolina Rodriguez, son, Noe Robles Sr, daughter-in-law, Debbie M. Adrian and two great-grandsons, Marcus James Cortez, and Michael James Cortez.
She is survived by her children Manuelita M. Burden, Peter Adrian, Jr., and Mary Lou Adrian (Cindy), her daughter-in-law; Lupita Robles, her grandchildren; Oscar Cortez Jr, Michelle (Tony) Atkinson, Pamela Stephanie Burden, Jaime (Leslie) Cortez, Peter Matthew (Priscilla) Adrian, Kathy Renee (Rene) Adrian, Nathan Adrian, Noe (Lee Ann) Robles Jr, Joey Robles and Linda Garza. Her great-grandchildren; Martin Alvarez, Adelina Cortez, Miranda Atkinson, Jaylean Espinosa, Antonio Eric Atkinson III, Olivia Atkinson, David Lozano III, Diego T. Lozano, Daniella Danae Lozano, Darrian Adrian, Jaiden Cavazos, Dalyssa Silguero, Ava Hinojosa, Cristian Hinojosa, Benito Rodriguez Jr, Sabrina Rodriguez, Alyssa Robles, Trae Robles, Isaac Robles and Gage Robles. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held Sunday, on August 26, 2018 at Turcotte Piper Mortuary from 5:00 pm- 9:00 pm with a holy rosary to be resided that same evening at 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held Monday August 27, 2018 at 10:00 am at St. Martins Catholic Church in Kingsville, Texas. Services will conclude at the church.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary.
