She was a woman of many talents, earning her the reputation as a "jack of all trades." However, it was within the warmth and love of her family that she found her greatest joy. The sight of her loved ones gathered together would light up her face and bring a smile that could brighten even the darkest room. Throughout her life, Ilia embraced numerous hobbies and interests that brought her immense pleasure. She was well-known in her community for her exceptional skill in baking pies. Sharing the delicious fruits of her labor brought delight to countless individuals fortunate enough to taste them. Additionally, Ilia had a passion for fishing and took great pride in teaching this cherished pastime to both her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The thrill of reeling in their first catch was made all the more special under her patient guidance. Roller skating was another activity that held a special place in Ilia's heart. She dedicated herself to teaching not only her children but also her grandchildren how to glide gracefully across the rink. It was an activity that fostered joy and created unforgettable memories for multiple generations. Ilia's connection to nature extended beyond fishing and roller skating. Gardening was one of her favorite pastimes as she nurtured both vegetable patches and beds of fragrant roses. Her love for tending to these living creations allowed her to find solace among the beauty of nature. Sports also played a significant role in Ilia's life as she had an avid interest in football and baseball. Cheering on her favorite teams was a source of great excitement and camaraderie, shared with her loved ones during lively family gatherings. Ilia's competitive spirit and love for friendly competition also shone through during hours spent playing cards or solving puzzles.
