Dr. Anthony De Rouen
Dr. Anthony De Rouen, age 79, passed away December 4, 2019 in Kingsville, Texas. He was born on May 28, 1940 in Ville Platte, LA to Anthony De Rouen and Audrey Pugh De Rouen.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Dr. Anthony is survived by his wife Peggy De Rouen and daughter Amy De Rouen.
A celebration of Dr. De Rouen will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Epiphany Episcopal Church.
Donations may be made to Epiphany Episcopal School.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd. Kingsville, Texas 78363.
