Diane was born on October 4th, 1960, the daughter of Milton C. and Marion E. (Zabbideo) Russell. She was an avid animal lover and frequently spoke of her cat Tabby and her children's "fur babies”. She enjoyed traveling, experiencing new foods, and cultures.
