Cornelio Hernandez

Cornelio M. Hernández fue a estar con el señor el Sábado 12 de Febrero del año 2022 a la edad de 57 años. Cornelio nació el 13 de Septiembre del 1964 en Tamuin, S.L.P, México y se migro a los Estados Unidos en el año 1984. Fue a conocer a su esposa de 35 años Benita González en el año 1987, y trabajaron los dos juntos para la obra del señor.  Dedico su tiempo trabajando en un rancho con Mr. Ray Patrick por 20 años. En el año 2006, fue cuando entrego su vida al Señor Jesús. Era miembro de Templo Ebenezer en Driscoll, Tx, por 16 años y fue cuando empezó el trabajo en la obra de Dios de maestro de la escuela dominical, y trabajo como obrero del Señor en México.

Le precedieron en la muerte su padre Leonardo Hernández García y sus abuelos.

Entre los que quedan para atesorar su memoria se encuentran su esposa Benita Hernández, 1 hijo José-Luis González, 3 hijas Érica Hernández (Eric Laso), Carla Nuncio (Christopher) y Roxana Hernández, su madre Romana Martínez, 5 hermanas, 4 hermanos y 5 nietos.

El velorio se llevará a cabo a partir de las 5:00 p.m. a las 9:00 p.m. el Martes, 22 de Febrero de 2022 en Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, con un servicio de oración que comenzará a las 6:30 p.m. El funeral se llevará a cabo a las 10:00 a.m. el Miércoles, 23 de Febrero de 2022 en Turcotte-Piper Mortuary. El entierro seguirá en el cementerio Evangélico.


Cornelio M. Hernandez went to be with the Lord on Saturday February 12, 2022 at the age of 57 years. Cornelio was born on September 13, 1964, in Tamuin, SLP, Mexico and immigrated to the United States in 1984. He went to meet his wife of 35 years Benita Gonzalez in 1987, and the two worked together for the work of the lord. He spent his time working on a ranch with Mr. Ray Patrick for 20 years. In 2006, it was when he gave his life to the Lord Jesus. He was a member of Templo Ebenezer in Driscoll, Tx, for 16 years and that's when he began work in the work of God as a teacher in Sunday School and worked as a Lord’s worker in Mexico.

He is preceded in death by his father Leonardo Hernandez Garcia and his grandparents.

Among those left to cherish his memory are his wife Benita Hernandez, 1 son Jose-Luis Gonzalez, 3 daughters Erica Hernandez (Eric Laso), Carla Nuncio (Christopher), and Roxana Hernandez, his mother Romana Martinez, 5 sisters, 4 brothers and 5 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary with a Prayer service to begin at 6:30 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary. Interment will follow at Evangelico Cemetery.
