Clara Jane Morris Aduddell, 95, passed away on June 26, 2025. She was born February 5, 1930 in Seminole, Oklahoma.
Clara is survived by her one son, Larry D. Aduddell and his wife Louise, of Refugio, Texas; grandchildren Andy R. Aduddell and his wife Rebecca of San Antonio, Texas; Alexandra A. McMyler of Carrollton, Texas; and Christine A. Ochoa and her husband Hector of Houston, Texas; and great grandchildren Brooks Courtland Aduddell, Ragan Audrey Aduddell, Louisa Magdalene McMyler, Clay Colm McMyler, Emma Sophia Desmarais, Owen Joseph Desmarais, and Hector Mateo Ochoa.
Clara is survived by two brothers, Robert L. Morris of Houston, Texas, and Joseph E. Morris and his wife Kathy of Corpus Christi, Texas, as well as several nieces and nephews who will remember her fondly: Kathy Robert, Diane Simpson, Scott Morris, Robert Morris, Gina Pearson, Angie Fessenden, Becky Vlasek, Amie Holder, Cindy Mullenix, and Jerry Cardwell.
Clara was preceded in death by her husband of 75 years, Marvin Aduddell, parents, Earl and Greta Fox Morris, and her brother Jimmy Carroll Morris alongside sisters-in-law Shirley Morris and Mary Morris. Clara graduated high school in Freer, Texas, and was a long time resident of Bishop and Kingsville, texas. She retired as a Civil Service Employee at Naval Air Station, Kingsville, Texas after 33 years. Clara was a member and former secretary of the Woman’s Club of Kingsville.
Clara and Marvin were also long-time members of Good Sam Sparkling City RV Club, Area 5, and were members of First Baptist Church Kingsville.
A memorial service in Clara's honor will be held at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, located in Kingsville, Texas, on July 2, 2025 starting at 10:00 A.M.
