Cherie Lynn Davis, a beloved soul who graced this world with her presence, has bid farewell to us on February 10, 2024. She was a woman of remarkable virtues, known for her unwavering love and devotion as a wife, mother, and daughter. Cherie's heart overflowed with kindness and compassion, touching the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Born on January 5th in the year 1956, Cherie's journey through life was adorned with moments of joy, warmth, and laughter. Her affinity for flamingos and passion for travel reflected her vibrant spirit and zest for embracing the wonders of the world around her. Cherie held a special place for family time and her beloved dog, cherishing every moment spent in their loving company.

In bidding adieu to Cherie Lynn Davis, we remember her as a woman who never knew a stranger; her genuine warmth radiated in every interaction she had. Her legacy of love and kindness will forever be etched in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her.

Cherie is reunited in eternal peace with her father, Robert B. Hester, and brother, Robert H. Hester. While we grieve the loss of our dear Cherie, we also celebrate the beautiful memories she leaves behind.

She leaves behind a tapestry of love woven by those closest to her: her devoted spouse Jim Parks; cherished son Jeff McLendon (Krissi); loyal fur baby Baxter; loving mother Lillian Myers; adored granddaughter Jayden Owens; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members who were deeply touched by Cherie's presence in their lives.

As we gather to honor and remember Cherie Lynn Davis during the visitation at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary in Kingsville on March 28th from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, followed by a Memorial Service at 6:00 PM – let us reflect on the profound impact she had on all of us. May her spirit continue to inspire us to be as kind-hearted and loving as she was during her time among us.
