Catalina Maldonado

Catalina "Cata" Maldonado, 61, went to be with the Lord on August 1, 2018 in Kingsville, Texas. Catalina was born on September 14,1956 in Kingsville, Texas to Alberto Maldonado and Dora Ruiz Maldonado. She was employed with the King Ranch for 44 years. Catalina loved her many friends and coworkers especially Paula, Susan, Jimmy and Jacinto. Her greatest loves were her children, Tracy and Daniel and her grandchildren Landon and Kinley, who will all miss her dearly.
She is preceded in death by her Mother, Dora Maldonado, and brother, Albert Maldonado Jr.
Catalina is survived by her daughter, Tracy (Kyle) Logan, son, Daniel Yaklin, two grandkids, Landon Logan and Kinley Logan, father, Alberto Maldonado, two sisters, Dora (Joe T.) Garcia, Norma (Onesimo) Quintanilla, brother, Samuel (Joanne) Maldonado and numerous nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary on Friday, August 3, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral mass will be recited at St. Gertrude Catholic Church on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Chamberlain Cemetery.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd. Kingsville, Texas 78363.
