Brittany was born & raised in Kingsville, Texas, where she attended KISD & early on in her education, received numerous academic awards. At Gillette Intermediate in Music class, Brittany was taught how to play the Recorder, a stepping stone to playing the trumpet at Memorial Jr High. She played & marched throughout HS with the Mighty Brahma Band. During that time in January of 2005, the band went to the Orange Bowl. In 2006, Brittany was given the opportunity to audition & was accepted for the debut of Macy's Great American Marching Band in NYC. Brittany graduated from HMK with honors in 2008. After graduating high school, Brittany attended TAMUK to pursue a degree in Music & marched with the Javelina Band. Later, she changed her major to Education, but eventually earned her Business degree in 2018.

Brittany had a passion for cooking & could literally make something out of nothing. She loved all her pets, present & past. Brittany was a Loving mother. A Loving partner, daughter, sister & friend. She was beautiful, bright, intelligent, talented, & passionate. Brittany held various jobs throughout her young life, but her most important job was being a Mother & raising her son, EJ.

Brittany is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Ruby Mae & Douglas Stewart Jr of Llano, Texas. Her maternal grandparents, Ben & Joyce Stuart of Biloxi, Mississippi.
