Antonio Soliz

Antonio “Tony” Soliz, 78, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2022, after a sudden illness. He was born in Kingsville, Texas. Antonio graduated HM King High School, then married Manuelita Garcia and had two daughters.

Antonio loved his 56 Chevy and loved riding around in it. He enjoyed and cherished the little things in life and was very humbling. He always loved and cared for his mother, he was a very good son. His passing will leave a void in the hearts and loves of his family.

Tony is preceded in death by his mother, Celestina R. Soliz; grandparents, Ysidro V. Soliz and Antonia Rodriguez Soliz; and granddaughter, Nina Natasha Anderson.

He is survived by his two daughters, Nori Soliz (Gerald) McClintick of Riviera, Texas, and Noelia Soliz (Christian) Rewoldt of Dallas, Texas; three grandchildren, Matthew Anderson, Holly Anderson both from Crown Point, Indiana, and Amy Rewoldt of Dallas, Texas; uncles, Ramon Soliz and Frank Soliz of Kingsville, Texas.

The family will receive condolences at 12:00 pm on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary; with a funeral service to begin at 1:30 pm. Services will conclude that afternoon.

The family would like to thank all the caregivers who worked so hard in taking such good care of Antonio.
