Ana Garcia

Ana M. Garcia, age 69, a resident of Fort Worth, Texas and a former longtime resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Saturday, October 28, 2017 in North Richland Hills, Texas. She was born January 21, 1948 in Kingsville to Arturo R. Garcia Sr. and Manuela Munoz Garcia. Ana was employed for 25 years as a retail associate for Wal-Mart in Kingsville until her retirement. She was a faithful member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Arturo R. Garcia Sr.; paternal grandmother, Maria R. Garcia; maternal grandparents, Nazario Munoz Sr. and Adelita Munoz; nephew, Greg Trevino; and niece, Cynthia Ann Perez.
Ana is survived by her mother, Manuela M. Garcia of Fort Worth and formerly of Kingsville; two sisters, Gloria Perez of Corpus Christi, Texas and Velma Trevino and husband Ernie of Fort Worth; one brother, Arturo R. Garcia Jr. and wife Iselda of Corpus Christi; three nieces, Sara, Priscilla and Patricia; two nephews, Orlando and Tres; great-niece, Sophia; four great-nephews, Jose, Rolando, Benjamin and Derek; and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, November 2, 2017 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, November 2, 2017 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 3, 2017 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Kingsville at Chamberlain Cemetery.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
