Alfred Kusch

Alfred Kenward Kusch was born on August 15, 1936, in Kingsville, Texas to Solomon F. Kusch and Estela Munguia. He had one sister, Maridel Rhodina, who was two years younger.

He attended schools in Kingsville and enlisted in the U.S. Army on February 3, 1956. After his service in the U.S. Army, he worked as a computer systems supervisor for the RPCS. He was married briefly and later divorced. During retirement he was devoted to the care of his aging parents until they passed on.

He passed away on June 14, 2022, at the age of 85 in the ICU unit of the Christus Spohn Hospital South in Corpus Christi, Texas.
He was preceded in the death by his parents, great nephew, and several first cousins.

A chapel service will be held for family and friends at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary in Kingsville, Texas, on Friday, June 17, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Resthaven Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Rudy Trevino, Mitchel Trevino, Rudy Munguia, Richard Munguia, and George Pututau.
