Adan G. DeLaRosa, a man of quiet strength and boundless kindness, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2026, in his beloved hometown of Kingsville, Texas, surrounded by family. Born on May 22, 1956, Adan's life was a testament to the power of love, generosity, and devotion to family.
Adan was a man of humility and immense warmth, a true embodiment of a simple yet deeply caring soul. He moved through life with a welcoming smile and a heart open to everyone; he never met a stranger. Those who were fortunate enough to cross his path knew of his readiness to lend a helping hand without ever expecting anything in return.
Family was the cornerstone of his existence; he took immense pride in his children and grandchildren, cherishing each moment spent with them. To Adan, they were his greatest accomplishments, his living legacy, and his source of endless joy. His family was, indeed, his ultimate priority—above all else, he lived to see them happy, they were the center of his universe
He lived life fully and joyfully, embracing his passions with enthusiasm. Adan loved the art of welding, finding joy in creating and building. He spent countless hours on the golf course, by the fishing waters, and on hunting trips, cherishing these moments of quiet company and adventure. An avid coin collector, he had an eye for history captured in small, shining treasures. Visiting casinos added to his moments of relaxation and enjoyment. Above all, Adan loved to cook, especially for his family, a testament to his nurturing spirit and the joy he found in sharing meals and making memories around the table.
Adan’s life was a testament to living fully and loving deeply. His legacy is etched in the laughter of his grandchildren, the strength of his children, and the hearts of all who were privileged to know him. Adan bravely finished his fight with cancer; a battle faced with courage and dignity. Though his departure leaves a void, the spirit of his modesty, kindness, and unwavering devotion remains deeply etched in the hearts of those who loved him. He was, simply put, a remarkable man who gave so much and asked for so little, a true family man whose memory will forever be cherished.
As we remember Adan, we hold close the beautiful echoes of his modesty, his caring nature, and his generous heart. His journey may have ended, but the love and joy he brought into our lives continue to inspire and uplift us. Rest in peace, dear Adan—your fight is over, your family still loves you, and your legacy of love and kindness will live on forever.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, Adan G. DeLaRosa, Sr. and Beatrice (Garcia) DeLaRosa; sisters, Eulalia Castillo, Janie DeLaRosa, and Nelda Rodriguez; and brother, Gumecindo DeLaRosa.
