Juan Gabriel Cortez, age 58, passed away on June 18, 2019 in Jourdanton, Texas. He was born on August 24, 1960 in Kingsville, Texas to Miguel Z. Cortez and Presciliana P. Cortez.
Once Juan graduated with his Master in Electrical Engineering in 1992, he worked in the telecom industry for over nine years. During that time, he was given the opportunity to travel the country and the world.
