Charles Lee "Chuck" Kirk

Charles Lee “Chuck” Kirk was born January 31, 1955 in Fairfax, MO to Alta Marie Siddens and Charles Edward Kirk. He was called to his eternal home on October 20, 2019. He served with the U.S. Navy from April 1973-September 1993. He served with the Kleberg County Sheriff’s Office from June 1993-December 1996 and Kleberg County Constable’s Office from January 1997-April 2000.  He began his service with Kenedy County Sheriff’s Office January 2001 until his “Last Call” as Captain Kirk on October 20, 2019. Chuck embodied the definition of a Man: love without question, protect without fear, dedication without hesitation, honest and sincere.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Alta; sister, Helen Lewis; uncle, Rex Siddens; and father-in-law, Simrel Weeks Sr.

He is survived by the love of his life, Patricia Turner of Riviera, TX; son, Cameron Kirk of Riviera, TX; son, Timmy Williams and wife Chandra of Giddings, TX; daughter, Laura Neuse and husband Shane of Smithville, TX; son,  CW Kirk of Tennessee; son, Roy Kirk and wife Rhonda of Tennessee; grandsons, Sheldon Neuse(Kadence Randall), Dylan Neuse, Trenton Williams(Olivia Diez), Trevor Williams, Chase Kirk, Elijah Kirk, great grand Children, Sloan Neuse and Hadley Diez; mother-in-law, Dorothy Weeks; sister-in-law Sue Marshall; as well as many other family members.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2019 from 5p.m. – 8p.m. at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 25, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary. Interment will follow at Riviera Cemetery. There will be a reception with meal served at the Sarita Fire House immediately following the interment.

Pallbearers are Cameron Kirk, Sheldon Neuse, Dylan Neuse, Trenton Williams, Trevor Williams, and Roy Kirk.

Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd. Kingsville, Texas 78363.
