Mrs. Kaiser was a very sweet lady. Always willing to help with anything in town. I remember always going to her shop for help with decoration or items I needed to decorate my children's birthday cakes. She was a true blessing to our town and community.

Mrs Kaiser was of that generation that made Bishop a great place to grow up. Hardworking, God and family centered, she learned a craft and started and ran a successful business in mid-life. Godspeed.

Hertha was a wise and gentle woman whose heart was as big as Texas! She was good to me when I was a senior in Bishop High School and I cherish the memories of helping out in the flower shop. She made me drive her van from Bishop to Kingsville one day and I had never driven a standard, on the stick, transmission before but I told her I would do it! She was wonderful! Sometimes in life, God puts people in one's life for instruction and for reproof. Hertha was just that person for me. I loved her.
